The project
A new neighborhood of 242 homes on 32 acres in North Harwich for Mid Cape Church Homes, a nonprofit. 193 of the homes are affordable.
The plan
Five three-story lodge buildings with elevators and corridors, plus five buildings of townhouses with private rear yards, built in phases over about ten years.
The result
The town's appeals board approved the project unanimously in December 2025.
